CRITICAL LINE
SERVICES: THE CRITICAL LINE LIFECYCLE

From discovery to managed continuity.

Six services, one lifecycle. Every engagement starts at Discovery, because you cannot responsibly replace what you have not identified, and ends with an environment that stays documented, monitored and visible.

DISCOVERYASSESSMENTMIGRATIONClineMONITORINGPORTFOLIO
01 · DISCOVERY

Find every line and what it touches.

Bills, carrier records, notices, site walk-downs and endpoint tracing, assembled into one inventory of lines, endpoints and dependencies. Unknown line purpose is expected; that's what Discovery is for.

02 · ASSESSMENT

Determine what must remain true.

Per line: what it supports, what's changing at the carrier, how urgent it is, which code and acceptance requirements apply, and which stakeholders must be involved before anything moves.

03 · MIGRATION

A controlled cutover, not a swap.

The appropriate path chosen per line (remove, migrate native, Cline, or endpoint upgrade), coordinated across vendors, monitoring providers and the carrier, with end-to-end testing before legacy service is released.

04 · CLINE BY CRITICAL LINE

Managed connectivity for critical legacy endpoints.

When preserving a POTS-like interface is the appropriate migration path, Cline provides managed connectivity for the endpoint: installed, tested, documented and monitored as a service. It is one answer within the lifecycle, never the starting assumption.

05 · MONITORING

Migrated is not the same as finished.

The migrated environment stays documented and visible: what is working, what is in trouble, what was tested and when, including carrier activity that could affect it again.

06 · PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

The whole estate, one program.

For multi-site organizations: one inventory, one exposure model, phased rollout waves and site-level reporting, including the lines you have not migrated yet.
