You're handing us your building's dependencies. Here's how we treat that.
Bills, line inventories and building documents describe critical infrastructure. We treat them as confidential customer data from the first upload, with the commitments below in writing.
Our confidentiality commitment
- We will not share your documents or their contents with any vendor, carrier or third party without your written permission.
- Your data is never sold, never published, and never used to market to anyone but you.
- Your documents are not used to train public AI models.
- Your property and line information never appears on a public map or in any public dataset.
- You can export or permanently delete your data at any time, and deletion is honored across backups on a stated schedule.
Security practices
All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
Your organization's data is stored and processed separately from every other customer's.
Multi-factor authentication on every account. Role-based access inside your team. Staff access is least-privilege and logged.
Every document is scanned for malware on upload, before processing.
Documents are retained only as long as your account needs them. Deletion requests are honored, not archived.
A documented incident-response process with customer notification commitments. Audit trail on every account action.
Independent security attestation documentation is available on request: support@criticalline.net. We publish only certifications that have actually been completed and verified.
Privacy policy
The plain-English version: we collect what you give us (contact details, property addresses, documents) and what we need to operate the service (sign-in and usage records). We use it to build your inventory, assess risk, run your projects and alert you to carrier activity. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it beyond the subprocessors required to run the service, each under contract to the same standards.
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it at any time from Settings or by writing to support@criticalline.net. The full policy, including the list of service providers and the retention schedule, is published in full.

The short version: estimates on this site are budgetary until verified; firm terms come with a verified quote. Life-safety migrations are subject to review of the actual site, equipment and local requirements, and no approval is promised before that review. Existing services are released only after replacement paths are installed, tested and authorized by you.
The complete terms of use are published in full and govern your use of this site and the customer portal.
