CRITICAL LINE
USE CASE: MULTI-SITE PORTFOLIOS

One portfolio. Hundreds of critical lines. One migration plan.

Carrier notices arrive by market. Bills arrive by account. Fire, elevator, security and gate systems are managed by different vendors. Site teams often do not know which telephone number serves which endpoint.

Critical Line turns that fragmented picture into one portfolio inventory, one risk model and one phased migration program.

Start with addresses. Unknown line purpose is expected. That's what Discovery is for.

EXECUTIVE REPORTING

Portfolio migrations fail when every property becomes its own project.

A multi-site program requires normalization, prioritization, standard scopes, exception handling, vendor coordination, change windows and executive reporting.

Your dashboard should answer the questions the carrier bill cannot: which sites have carrier activity, which critical endpoints are attached, what is blocking completion, and what has been tested.

One program, phased by risk.

01
Inventory

Every property, service and endpoint, normalized into one record.

02
Assess

Carrier signals and deadlines modeled against the property list.

03
Roll out in waves

Standardized scope with controlled exceptions and local vendor coordination.

04
Monitor & report

What is working, unresolved or approaching another transition, site by site.

Questions we hear first.

What do you need to start?

A site list is enough. Add bills and carrier notices when available. Perfect inventory is not required.

What if line purposes are unknown?

Expected. Unknown doesn't mean safe. It means it still needs to be identified. That is what Discovery is for.

Can urgent sites be prioritized?

Yes. Sites with active carrier deadlines, inspections or outages move to the front of the program.

How is progress tracked?

Site-level status reporting: migrated, in migration, carrier activity detected, unidentified, all visible to Facilities and Finance alike.

Can one technology be standardized nationwide?

Sometimes, and it should not be assumed. Carrier availability, endpoint requirements and local approval differ by site, so the program standardizes where it can and documents where it cannot.

Can you coordinate local vendors?

Yes. Coordinating elevator, fire, security and monitoring vendors per site is part of running the migration, not something handed back to you.
